Cancellation Policy

At St Verena Medical Centre, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient.

Cancellation and Rebooking Fee

A $50 cancellation fee may apply if an appointment is cancelled or rebooked within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

This policy helps support appointment availability for other patients and allows the clinic to manage the appointment schedule effectively.

Why This Policy Is In Place

Late cancellations and last-minute changes can make it difficult for other patients to access appointments when needed. Providing notice helps the clinic offer available times to patients waiting for care.

How to Avoid a Cancellation Fee

If you need to change your appointment, please contact the clinic as early as possible. Providing more than 4 hours’ notice will help avoid the cancellation fee.
